The first week or so of work has gone rather well. We've delegated all the roles to those whom seemed most fit for the position, be it cause they had a deeper tie or more skills in the area.

We have figured out communication and how we'll work together in the future
Using Discord we've stablished the communication tree which has branches in all areas of importance. Our group has come up with a robust way of dealing with issues that arise. As well as the tools to deal with any issue that comes up in the future formed from the Team Charter document that we've written up.
Scheduling.
Our schedule will be determined democratically in up coming meetings.
